A simple, but striking arrangement to which an enormous amount of movement is added by the fragile lines of the steel grass.
Step 1
Cut two ribbon strips which are a bit wider than base of the slate stone that is to be used.

Step 2
Appy a bot if hot glue onto the ends and fix the ribbons underneath the slate stone plate.

Step 3
Take a oasis ball of and slowly let it being soaked full with water to which some cut flower nutrient has been added. Cut a small slice of the ball so that it remains stable on the slate stone. Fix the ball onto the stone with a plastic stick so that the construction cannot shift.

Step 4
Evenly spread two types of roses over the full surface of the ball. See to it that the opened flowers are evenly spread.

Step 6
The two pieces of ribbon serve as anchoring point for stems of steel grass; insert these grasses into the oasis at the opposite side of the ball. See to a nice gliding line across the ball with roses an attach the end underneath the two stripes of ribbon.

Step 7
Apply a number of stems in this manner so that an exiting line play is created. Then bundle all stems at the end with iron wire and finish off with a piece of lilac ribbon.

Step 8
Remove all the foliage from the Clematis flowers. Spread the flowers over and between the steel grass stems, see to a balanced spread of colour and form.
